Narana waste water treatment plants, are complete plants for the clarification of waste water by means of static settling silos, and for the sludge dehydration by means of filter-press. Thanks to water  clarification, the maximum quantity of water used in industrial processing is recycled, minimizing the network water requirement  and drastically reducing environmental pollution.

The innovative SIRION systems for the treatment of industrial waste water, have a higher efficiency than the traditional purification systems with silo-decanter and reduce the installation space by 90%. Sirion have several models, they are modular and can work both in parallel and in series with high performance. For the dehydration of the resulting sludge, they can be equipped with a filter bag or press filter system.

Aldebaran plant has a compact shape but is  able to clarify large quantities of water as a complete traditional system, with the advantage of taking up less space and being self-supporting, easily transportable and ready for use. Aldebaran Compact is very versatile and modular as it can vary the wastewater treatment capacity replacing the clarification tower. In this way the system can increase the operating capacity up to 800 liters.

The Tesimag Filter Press is an industrial device located after the wastewater clarification process and allows total recovery of the clarified water through sludge dehydration and through solid-liquid separation processes. Tesimag designs and manufactures a wide range of filter presses of different sizes, which allow to obtain the best filtration results in different industrial processes, thanks to their potential for dehydration and the particular flexibility of use.

Flokki line offers a complete system for the preparation of polyelectrolyte solutions, widely used as primary or auxiliary flocculants, together with inorganic coagulants, in the clarification of wastewater and sludge dehydration. The Flokky preparation unit is built mainly in stainless steel AISI 304 and is designed to work automatically. The high dosage accuracy allows to obtain, with maximum efficiency, a constant concentration of polyelectrolyte solution.

The Basket Filter mod. F7000 “Beaver” has been designed with the aim of speeding up the cleaning / replacement operations of the filtering bag. The filtering basket, including the bag, can be easily extracted from the filter body by simply grasping it by the practical built-in handle, once the cover, also equipped with a handle, has been removed. The filter can be equipped with bags of different filtering capacity according to application needs.

The lamellar oil separator is a static machine able to separate the oil drops from the water according to the principle of aggregation / coalescence. The oily mixtures are forced to be flown into a special trajectory inside the machine that leads them to join together, forming gradually larger droplets that, having a lower density than the water, tend to float

Tesimag®, moved by a deep respect of environmental protection, has designed and implemented an innovative vehicles-wheels washing system. This plant was created with the aim of thoroughly washing the sludge and mineral sludge sediments from vehicles driving out from  quarries and industries, in order to avoid dirtying the external roads, especially near populated areas, and to obtain considerable benefits from an environmental point of view. The plant is composed of a high pressure washing station and a wastewater clarifying section. The system is built according to the customer specific needs and it works automatically.
